By accessing or using Nahla.Chat ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Nahla.Chat is operated by KKON Interactive LLC (d/b/a Nahla.Chat), a Wyoming limited liability company.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The Platform may contain content that includes mature themes, AI-generated images, and adult-oriented material. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to access this content.
We implement age verification measures including an age confirmation gate upon first access and payment method verification where applicable.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@nahla.chat of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Nahla.Chat is an AI companion platform that provides users with the ability to engage in text-based conversations, receive AI-generated images, voice notes, and video content from AI-powered companions. The Platform operates two types of companions:
AI characters created and maintained by Nahla.Chat. These are entirely fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
AI companions created by verified real individuals ("Creators") using their likeness, voice, and personality. These AI Twins are automated and powered by artificial intelligence. Messages, images, and voice notes from AI Twins are AI-generated and may not reflect the real-time thoughts, opinions, or actions of the Creator.
All content generated by the Platform — including text, images, voice notes, and videos — is produced by artificial intelligence. Users understand and acknowledge that they are interacting with AI systems, not real humans in real-time.
All images, videos, voice notes, and text responses generated by the Platform are created using artificial intelligence models. This content does not depict real events, real-time activities, or actual conduct by any person.
AI-generated images may depict the likeness of Creators who have provided explicit, documented consent for such use. These images are synthetic and do not constitute photographs or recordings of actual events.
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. AI responses may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate content. Users interact with AI at their own discretion.
All Creators must complete identity verification through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which includes government-issued photo ID verification, liveness detection, and face-match verification. This ensures that all Creators are at least 18 years of age and that uploaded content matches their verified identity.
By uploading photos, voice recordings, personality data, and other content to the Platform, Creators grant Nahla.Chat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from such content for the purpose of operating the Platform and generating AI content based on their likeness.
Creators retain ownership of their original content. This license terminates when the Creator deletes their account and all associated data, subject to reasonable data retention periods for legal compliance.
Creators earn 80% of net revenue generated from their AI Twin, including subscriptions, content pack sales, and per-message payments. Nahla.Chat retains 20% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed monthly. Specific payout terms, thresholds, and methods are detailed in the Creator Dashboard.
Creators must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property or likeness rights of any third party. Creators must not impersonate another individual. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Platform offers limited free access to AI companions. Premium features — including unlimited messaging, AI-generated images, voice notes, and video content — require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Content packs, message unlocks, and other one-time purchases are non-recurring charges. Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by our payment partners.
Prices for subscriptions and content are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform or generate content.
• Upload, transmit, or share content that depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm any person.
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share AI-generated content from the Platform without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems, age verification, or other security measures.
• Use the Platform to create content that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or illegal activity.
• Impersonate any real person without their explicit consent.
The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by KKON Interactive LLC (d/b/a Nahla.Chat) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content created during your use of the Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display AI-generated content without written permission from KKON Interactive LLC (d/b/a Nahla.Chat).
Creator-uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective Creator, subject to the license granted in Section 6.2.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content on the Platform that violates these Terms or applicable law. We employ both automated systems and human review to monitor content.
Content involving minors, non-consensual activities, violence, or illegal acts is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed. Users who upload or request such content will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.
The Platform offers an affiliate program through which users can earn commissions by referring new Creators. Affiliates earn 5% of the lifetime revenue generated by Creators they refer. Referrals are tracked via a 30-day attribution cookie. Full affiliate terms are available at nahla.chat/affiliates.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KKON INTERACTIVE LLC (D/B/A NAHLA.CHAT) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KKON Interactive LLC (d/b/a Nahla.Chat), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting legal@nahla.chat. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
