All AI-generated images are created using text-to-image models and do not constitute photographs or recordings of real persons.
For AI-generated content based on real creator likenesses: all creators on this platform have undergone identity verification (including government-issued ID verification, liveness detection, and face matching) through our KYC partner, Didit.me, confirming that each creator is at least 18 years of age and has provided informed, documented consent for the creation of AI-generated content based on their likeness.
Every creator on Nahla.Chat is required to:
1. Provide government-issued photo identification confirming they are at least 18 years of age.
2. Complete a liveness verification check confirming the ID belongs to the person creating the account.
3. Pass a face-match verification confirming that uploaded training photos match the verified identity.
4. Provide explicit written consent for the creation of AI-generated content based on their likeness.
These verification processes are conducted through our identity verification partner, Didit.me, which is compliant with international KYC/AML regulations.

To the extent that any content on this platform is user-generated (such as photos sent by fans during chat), Nahla.Chat does not produce, direct, or create such content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and must agree to our Terms of Service confirming they are at least 18 years of age before using the platform.
All users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) before accessing the platform. This confirmation is obtained through:
1. An explicit age verification gate upon first visit to the platform.
2. Age confirmation during account registration.
