Refund Policy

Summary: We want you to be happy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a resolution.

1. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

If you are charged for a subscription you did not intend to purchase, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.

First-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service may request a refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase.

2. One-Time Purchases

Content packs (video packs, photo packs), message unlocks, and AI credit packs are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate delivery, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The content was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical error.

• The purchase was made without your authorization (fraudulent charge).

• The content was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@nahla.chat with the following information:

• Your account email address.

• Date and amount of the charge.

• Reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur significant fees and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at support@nahla.chat — we resolve most disputes faster than the chargeback process.

5. Creator Revenue Impact

When a refund is issued for Creator AI Twin content (subscriptions or content packs), the Creator's revenue share for that transaction is also reversed. Creators are notified of refunds that affect their earnings.

6. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from accounts that show a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests, or that appear to be exploiting the refund policy. Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.
