Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Nahla.Chat is committed to preventing human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and non-consensual sexual content on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content, account, transaction, or conduct connected to trafficking, coercion, force, fraud, threats, abuse, or exploitation.

Prohibited Conduct

Users and creators may not use Nahla.Chat to create, upload, request, sell, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or activity involving:

• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, force, threats, blackmail, or fraud.
• Any person who is under 18 years of age or who cannot provide valid consent.
• Non-consensual sexual content, revenge porn, hidden-camera content, or content involving intoxicated, unconscious, sleeping, drugged, or otherwise incapacitated persons.
• Content involving violence, weapons, weapon-related sexual content, weapons advice, incest, bestiality, diaper/age-play sexualization, watersports, drug use, or other prohibited activity under our standards and payment-network requirements.
• Impersonation, unauthorized use of another person's likeness, or content depicting a real person without consent.

Creator Verification

Creators must complete identity and age verification before going live. Verification includes government-issued ID review, liveness detection, and face matching. Creators must be at least 18 years old and must only upload content and likeness material that they are legally authorized to use.

Consent and Records

Creators are required to maintain written consent and age-verification records for every real person depicted in any uploaded or submitted content. Records must confirm consent to be depicted, consent for public distribution on Nahla.Chat, and consent for downloading where applicable. Creators must provide supporting documents upon request.

Reporting

If you believe any content or account involves trafficking, coercion, exploitation, a minor, or non-consensual activity, contact us immediately at legal@nahla.chat or complaints@nahla.chat. Complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report suspected illegal activity to payment processors, regulators, law enforcement, and child-safety or anti-trafficking organizations where appropriate.
