Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement applies to every creator, model, or other third-party content provider who uploads content, creates a creator profile, submits images or voice material, or authorizes Nahla.Chat to generate content using their likeness.

1. Eligibility and Verification

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. You must complete identity and age verification before your creator profile may go live. You agree to provide truthful information and to update us if any information changes.

2. Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not upload, submit, authorize, request, or generate content that is illegal or that violates Nahla.Chat policies, CCBill rules, card-network standards, or applicable law. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Content involving minors or any person under 18.
• Non-consensual content, coercion, force, threats, blackmail, trafficking, exploitation, or impersonation.
• Content involving persons who are asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated, or otherwise unable to consent.
• Content involving diaper/age-play sexualization, watersports, illegal drug use, bestiality, incest, weapons, weapon-related sexual content, weapons advice, violence, or other prohibited activity.
• Content involving suicide, self-harm, self-injury, encouragement of self-harm, or sexualized self-harm.
• Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or likeness rights.

3. Consent Records for Depicted Persons

You must obtain and keep written consent records from every real person depicted in any content you upload or submit. Those records must specifically confirm:

• Consent to be depicted in the content.
• Consent to allow public distribution of the content and upload to Nahla.Chat.
• If the content may be made available for downloading, consent to have the content downloaded.

4. Age and Identity Records

You must verify the identity and age of every person depicted in uploaded or submitted content and confirm that all depicted persons are adults. You must maintain supporting documentation and provide it to Nahla.Chat upon request.

5. Likeness and AI Generation Consent

You consent to Nahla.Chat using your images, likeness, voice, profile information, and uploaded materials to create and display AI-generated text, images, voice notes, videos, and related fan experiences associated with your creator profile. You acknowledge that generated outputs are synthetic and may vary in pose, setting, outfit, expression, and context within your enabled settings and platform policies.

6. Payouts, Revenue, and Earnings

For each fan payment attributed to your profile (subscriptions, message unlocks, content packs, tips, and custom photo or video requests):

• Processing fees first. Payment-processor and network fees are deducted from the gross amount to determine net revenue.
• 75 / 25 split of net. You earn 75% of net revenue and KKON Interactive LLC retains 25%. Our 25% covers everything we run for you — AI chat, photo and video generation, voice cloning, model training, hosting, moderation, and compliance — so you never pay for compute or production.
• 14-day clearing hold. Earnings are held for 14 days after the originating transaction to account for refunds and chargebacks before becoming available to withdraw.
• $50 minimum withdrawal. Once your cleared, available balance reaches $50, you may request a payout. Balances below the minimum carry forward.
• Payouts are issued to the method you designate (for example USDC or bank, where available). You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information.
• Referrals. If you refer another creator, you earn 5% of that creator's net revenue for their first 12 months, paid entirely from our share and never deducted from the referred creator's 75%.
• Refunds and chargebacks. If a fan transaction is refunded or charged back, the corresponding earning (and any referral earning derived from it) is reversed, including any chargeback fees assessed by the payment provider. A negative balance offsets against future earnings.
• Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings and must provide required tax documentation (such as Form W-9 for U.S. persons or the applicable W-8 series for non-U.S. persons) before payouts are issued. We may report your earnings and withhold amounts as required by law.

7. Removal Requests and Cooperation

You agree to promptly cooperate with any compliance, age-verification, consent, content-removal, complaint, or appeal review. If we request records or clarification, you must provide them promptly. We may remove content or suspend your account while a review is pending.

8. Enforcement

Violation of this agreement may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid earnings where permitted by law, reporting to payment processors or law enforcement, and any other remedies available to us.
